Dr. Amanda Utt, an Oklahoma State University graduate, is the newest veterinarian to join the University Veterinary Care Center family. She recently moved to Topeka Kansas with her husband from Arkansas where she practiced small animal medicine for two years. In Dr. Utt's spare time she enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, hiking, and spending time with her family.
When asked what her favorite part of the job is, she told us
"Client education and providing great quality care to the community's animals are my passions. Being able to use my education and knowledge base to help educate clients and strengthen the human-animal bond is why I love my profession."
Dr. Amy Guernsey-Youngblood started at University Veterinary Care Center as an associate veterinarian in 2013 and just three years later she became a co-owner with Dr. Gratton.
Dr. Gratton attended Kansas State University and since 1994, he has practiced veterinary medicine in Topeka, Kansas at University Veterinary Care Center.
Dr. Larry Snyder founded University Bird and Small Animal Clinic, now University Veterinary Care Center, in 1984.
